Construction Training Support

We provide specialist sector advice and support on all training-related matters including;

Assistance with training needs analysis (TNA)
Advice on skills and training requirements and competence
Acting as a ‘virtual training department’ by setting up and maintaining training matrices and training records to assist with monitoring and managing training to help employers meet their audit and compliance obligations

Grants

CITB offer grants for construction training. If you are registered with CITB (or would like to be) we can provide advice and support to maximise the grants and funding you receive. Funding Applications (from £1k to over £1m)

Our bid writing and bid management services can be utilised to help access funding for training projects, employment and skills programmes, business support and careers activities. CITB currently have the following funds available;

Skills and Training Fund

Up to £10K for skills and training for small- or micro-sized employers and up to £25k for medium-sized employers (with fewer than 250 directly employed staff)

Project Management

Our team is experienced in supporting the design, delivery and communication of project plans and can provide retained support to ensure your deliverables are met in accordance with agreed timescales and milestones. Our ongoing support during the project will ensure funding flows in line with project needs, to ensure successful achievement of outputs and outcomes.
